Selling blogspot blogs is against Google's Terms of Service. Going to be hard to find a buyer because of that. Your best bet is to copy all the content to your own hosted site and sell that. Good luck.

The site is broken, the content is undesirable (boring, seems to be written by a monkey headbutting a keyboard and there seems to be no real purpose to the site). Take a business course, learn about business planning, learn about SMART goals and then apply that to your online venture [website].
In the future buy your own domain and host it yourself. Focus on building high quality content on your site. Your site needs to be consistently profitable and you can sell for 10 times the monthly earnings on Flippa.
Couldn't even see the content but why would anyone using a free platform think they can see that blog. If you want to make a sale-able product, purchase a domain, get hosting, an autoresponder and create your site. It really depends on your site and if you could sell it because a lot of buyers want to see that you have traffic coming to that site. You can't create something today and expect it to fetch a high price tomorrow.
You can't do that because that site isn't actually yours. Your are in cooperation with Google. That's why I always recommend people to buy a domain name and choose a proper hosting!
OP, why not just try to put some ads on it, and just focus on a new project. Even if you could sell it, you wouldnt get enough to make it worth the effort.
You Can't Sell Others Property. Blogger is a Part of Google Inc. You are only allow to use it for your blog not for sale it.
You should leave this idea because you can't sale free blogs, if you want to earn money from blogging you should create a paid domain blog and try to get good page rank and traffic on it then think about to sale it.
