Google checks the quality of the site. again, this is content, site speed, content niche also make sure that you site is atleast couple of weeks old...or at least domain...and you should be fine....
Yes, but if you start to apply i think they also check the traffic if it is a new site under 3 months old.. i applied and was denied after a first try with 30 articles and 3 weeks old site and traffic was under 30 views per day.. then i applied again after a week with added a few articles and an average views per day of over a thousand and i got approve..
No need traffic, If you want to apply adsense account then you must follow these steps . if you don't follow your application will rejected by Google. Rules 1. Your Website at least 6 month old . 2. Must Have robot.txt & sitemap.xml 3. Must Be 100% unique content. 4. Must be Contact Us and About Us Page . 5. If you have Website in WordPress its too good . 6. Don't Use Adult Content Or Adult website for Adsense , you will Banned by google permanently .
if you are from India or Asian countries than you must wait 5 to 6 month than you need to apply in adsense but you need quality contents only contents is king and unique contents is easy to approval your adsense good luck
