Do you accept spun articles?
Do you accept adult articles?
Do you accept keyword stuffed articles?

O wait, it's auto approve so no rules apply.

However, I do think the same thing as SnakeAir.
Without Quality check and strict rules, the directory will sank in few months. SE didn't like articles directory which has no policy or rules to keep the directory 'clean' and 'safe'. It would be added to 'supplemental site' which still available in SE but ranked low in most aspect (Rank and SERP). When a company issue a DMCA request, the directory will be burred even deeper.
Soon or later the directory will be filled with spam and it will have no value for webmaster. Worse, any links from it will be devalued and could result to penalty. This is why smart bloggers never use it.
However it is up to each people to decide their actions. Use it if you like it.

 

It uses a nofollow tag in the links do not waste your time with this.
