Hi. I am new on this forum. And I have one question? So I write some articles for one site, anyways I never get any google views from that. For example this page of mine http://www.squidoo.com/michael-jordan-vs-lebron-james gets about 10 views a day from Yahoo! and few of them from Bing, but never anything from Google. I don't get it where's the problem. Help would be really appreciated.

I think, your page is optimized for Yahoo and Bing but it is not optimized for Google, for this you need to do link building work so that it would have ranking in Google too..

Also, check if the page is indexed in Google or not.

I am really stupid for asking this, but please forgive me, everyone has to learn sometimes. What are you meaning by that and could you explain it further if it's not too big of a problem?

Don't worry about him. Just do the link building as mentioned above.

I'd recommend getting your own domain/website and writing articles there instead. And keep updating your content. That should help with Google views.

That would be really risky, expensive and hard, and eventually MAYBE worth of it. Plus I don't think it would help with google views considering I would have page rank like 1 or 2...

Create unique content and useful to the reader. Google will then massacred themselves.

Ok I have to just say - ITS NOT ABOUT LINK BUILDING... Well not totally, its about creating high authority, relevant and original articles, SEO is simple, create a good website, with excellent content, and take the time to ensure everything is relevant and White Hat and you will get listed on Google. Ensure you website passes all the Woorank tests, and correct any errors that it throws up and your good to go, mix in some good social activity and you are on your way! DO NOT CHEAT, do it the right way and you will be rewarded. Please do not buy links as you may get quick results but they will be short lived and if Google finds out you could risk serious harm to your SEO campaign.

It's not really that expensive. You can buy your own domain for $9.99 or so on GoDaddy for example. And what if squidoo removes your content for some reason? Then all your promotion efforts are for nothing.

If you think, your article is worth be read and gaining larger audience exposure, use site such as a press release, for just a thin content like the one shown on your Squidoo, I doubt G may send more visitors to your lens.

    Simply my personal opinion.
    Have a great day!
