A. When I'm saying SpoiltDiva didn't rude, I was:

1. Expressing my opinion. It just opinion. Anyone could agree or disagree with it. Opinion didn't change the fact whether it is right or wrong. When I would like to share my opinion, I'll say "based on my opinion....".
2. Referring to this thread.
   

B. The 'disclaimer' was put it there because:

1. I know there are 'sensitive' comment involved in my post and this thread.Basically I would never join in the conversation when there are few peoples arguing about anything. However, when I thought I could help calm the situation, I would gladly help.
2. I want anyone understand if it just my opinion. I re-read comments several times to make sure I didn't dis-credit anyone.
   Before SpoiltDiva told me in this thread, I even don't know if You and her already have another discussion in another threads.
3. I didn't want my comment to be used by anyone to attact/praise the others. It just my opinion. If you or anyone else think the opinion was not correct, I do apology for it. I believe opinion is just opinion.

C. About the signature, I'll remove it right away. However, I think I should explain it first:

1. I see newbie have so many problems getting 'likes'. I was thinking it is nice to see more new users getting established. That is the real reason why I use such signature, "to help new user being established".
2. I'm trying to make new user understand how to be established without creating new threads about it. There are already so much threads discussing 'likes'. I was trying to say "Hi new members, if you want to get likes, you should help the others". You may want to check my profile. I love writing comment to new member. There are few 'senior member' already helping me to understand how to be good forum in DP. I would like to do the same by helping new member.
   I remember writing a post encouraging new members to be useful member in future.
   I do remember my thread discussing about 'likes' which I thought can be used to inspire new member to be more helpful. Too bad I couldn't get it through 'Google cache'.
3. My signature trying to address two problems at once.
   To get likes => help the others.
   Best SEO => Write useful content.
   I have checked and both of them were quite helpful.

Last, I was thinking it is better not to get involved in complex conversation any further. I was thinking my comment were off topic (against the thread topic) and could make the conversation even worse.

Absolutely right Arick, don't let some hypocrite make you feel you have to aplogize for what you believe is right, you have to stand up for yourself against people like that on this forum or they will walk all over you.

I totally agree. Put it back, Arick. On a few forums I visit people have such disclaimers as at the end of the day, it's just opinion and people should do their own independent research to see if an opinion is valid. I don't understand why someone had to make an issue of it, surely they aren't a rude, nasty bully? :-O

Please do re examine the comments from a few of the usual suspects about what has been going on.

I am sure that you already know that if you do again what you have been doing, many of us will stop you from doing it, in spite of the comments from the usual dead weights here at DP such as the 666s and the Brown whatsisname.

I really am VERY sorry that you have experienced discomfort due to the holding up of the mirror to what you have really been doing over here at DP.

I really wish that it could be different than it is and I can assure you that I do feel for you.

However, please note that as I said, if you are from now on wards, rude, nasty or come across as a bully against any member here, many of us will stop you from doing it.

Here is a question for you, Spoiltdiva, why if you are not a moderator or an administrator of DP, do you need to get involved, be abusive and be nasty to the members here, even if they are in wrong in what they have done??????

What business is it for you to get involved, even if there are problems with the conduct of a member of the DP?


Surely there are moderators and administrators who would take care of any problems?

I am sure that you have soooooo many better things to do, than to ponce on the DP members who may or may not have committed a cyber crime and let lose with your er.. Passion !
