    I like this... as far as I am concerned they are both good. It just depends on what you are trying to do. They are two different tools which happen to have some of the same benefits, but overall are different. It is tough to compare them.

    Google is much better and their is no comparison between them, you can search your queries best in Google with much more accurate results. facebook doesn't shows personalized results.

    Google+ seems to work well for people who just want to interact while Facebook provides games and other applications. Google + is also a great place for automatic blog post distribution.

    It depends what do you want from it. You can not really compare on functionality, they are completely different systems. You can compare Facebook only with a fraction of Google, which is Google+. Personally I have warmer feelings for Google as a company. Facebook is a bit waste of time as a platform ITS!
