You can't compare a social network and a search engine. One thing that you can compare is that both improve themselves. And like it was stated earlier Google can't do what Facebook did. Well yeah duh. They both had different business plans. Thats what makes both of them great in what they do.
You can't compare them as one is search engine and other is social networking site. Still, Google is more famous.
i like Google very much because Google is a superb search engine, in used Google in daily life, Google also provide me information in all ways of life. Google make my work easy, thanks Google.
On Google you can search for every answer that you have in general that you need instead of asking your family and friends that they don't know the answer. To tell you the truth Google is your best friend and for Facebook is a social media site for connecting instantly to family and friends.Besides that on Facebook you can do many other things like Marketing, finding jobs, coupons, etc. I like them BOTH.
I think it is not good to compare Facebook and Google because both are best one is working as social media which has joined every one and other is search engine through everyone search his desired results. Both have world top ranking and also a huge number of users in worldwide and also providing work and new ideas to the businesses.
Facebook is by far the best in terms of branding and targeting a specific demographic. Adwords is good, but you can only guess the demographic of who is seeing your ad based on keywords.
That depends... To use as a time waster or to use for affiliate advertising? I will always like Google, but I like them less more and more. Facebook was good, but for similar reasons, but by different actions on their part, I am beginning to get frustrated with them as well. Facebook has been cutting off some of the people I thought of as their biggest partners. Turns out Facebook didn't feel the same way as they did. Both companies have put affiliate marketing into a whirlwind of never knowing what will happen tomorrow. Speaking of tomorrow. Wondering how the next Google update will pan out.
I believe that both Google and Facebook has its share of contribution to the growth of an organization online. Google for example is fantastic for a product to sell short-term compensation in the Facebook causes us to be more social network. This makes us more bang thinking long term. http://donatobarros.com for my blog, I try to work with two options.
I agree with you. A search Engine can't be compared with Social Networking. Till date no one is above Google. The best part of Google that I like most about Google is its suggested search. Whenever I type some sentences, Google itself shows so many suggestions that are very helpful. Where as Facebook is just about sharing info, mails and pics within friend circle. Yes, you can ask for the comparison between Google+ and Facebook and of course the answer is Facebook wins over Google+.
You know FaceBook is looking into the Search Market as well. Someday they may have a search engine that may compete with google. Who knows how well it will compare with google's if they actually ever decide to do that.
I thing both had there own Place Google is a Famous and Great search engine and f.b is a amazing and fun loving site that you can spend your time and chill. So if i have to Choose between both I preffer Facebook just because I use Facebook regularly
oogle is still trying to find its way in the social media business with little success up to now. The number of Google+ users continue to grow but the "community feeling" that there is in Facebook still lacks in Google+. This is plausibly why Google+ users spend only 3 minutes per month while Facebook users spend nearly 400 minutes. Even though many (including myself) compare FB and Google+ head to head, these platforms are used for different purposes. One report suggests Google+ is more used as a complementary device to Google's search engine and not to socialize as in FB.
You can't compare Google with Facebook, Google's only G+ can be compared to Facebook, while Google has thousands of programs... and Facebook is dedicated to only social networking.
