I like the design overall, nothing to criticize except 2 things: 1. the live chat that floats around is kindof annoying 2. you need to design a customized logo to make it remember Good luck with your traffic!

Livechat was a testing campaing as I mentioned. The floating box feature you like is called affix. It is present by default in bootstrap if you built your website atop this boilerplate.
