Can i do further SB or not ..I have submitted in all high PR SB websites. Right now i am submitting in 0 PR with good alexa ranks websites.I am choosing SB websites from (vmoptions.com)
You can also try to submit latest and fresh articles. this will help you to increase the back links for your website.
1900 websites... I don't think this could help you... Work with TOP 5-10 SB sites and use unique details (title and description) and you should see much more success... Because... most of the SB sites are already spammed to death and it's normal for you to receive NOT even a single visitor!
Backlinks are good as long as they are relevant. You'll want to really start migrating to social media links from Facebook, Twitter, and G+. Start posting good content there and people will share your info with others. Google is now looking at what site people think is relevant and ranking accordingly. Creating strong social signals is where this SEO is headed.

I think you are doing good, but do not submit on low PR sites having PR 0,1 or 2. Take the sites with PR at least 3. Submit some more url's from your website and use unique meta tags. If you can do, post some fresh content on blogs to get better results.

If you are using social bookmarking sites then only high pr and quality sites are helpful, others are not helpful as well, there is no doubt to it.
add your links ( not all in the same time) of the most well know social bookmarking websites ( there are 15 max) and that is all, Don,t add your link on all the stupid social bookmarking website made in pacific ocean...
I agree with all the above given info - stumbleupon, reddit, digg are social bookmarking tools. And, yes, never forget about pinterest - sharing of visual content is a trend, and of course is must, if you want to present your brand in web. People love sharing visual content -photos, images, so why not to use this to benefit?
Social Bookmarking is simply the data entry type work. So too much posting of it will affect your sites so choose only that url which have do-follow links. And after penguin update if Google find data entry type work it will declare as a spam. So write article with unique content and then post in other sites.
I just spent a few hours deleting my 200+ links on each of about a dozen social bookmarking sites. I kept my membership in just a few high-quality sites, such as Squidoo, reddit, and a few others. That's all. I'm pretty strongly of the opinion that Penguin 2.0 considers links to your site from a large number of social bookmarking sites to be spammy. After all, you control the links, so why should Google give any value to those links? My deleting of about 2,500 social bookmarking links will change my link profile substantially. I'll be interested to see what (hopefully positive) effect that has in a post-Penguin 2.0 world.
