The *best* thing you can do to regain your position and improve it is to find ways to get backlinks from high PR (PR 4, PR 5) pages on other sites, especially sites or at least pages that are on topic.
High PR on topic directory sites can help. Buying and maintaining high PR blog sites can help a whole lot.

Then again, it just may be a 'google dance' as a result of the google bots seeing a change in your HTML. In that case you can probably just wait a few days and you'll see your site regain its position.

    Thanks.
I am building link from high PR. One more thing I want to ask. My site is in word press and two days before I had removed canonical tag from there. Is this effect from this issues or anythings else.

I think you should change your avatar and name what with these questions, as how can you represent yourself as "SEO" orientated when you clearly really have no clue.

If you do SEO why are you asking these very basic questions?

That's one way of looking at things.

But there is nothing really to share, as you ought to be able to work it out for yourself if you are an "SEO" as your name and avatar imply.

Ya I know that but sometime it happens that when you get stuck and need help of others to come from that situation. SO I am looking for answer. I had done some on-pages changes in my word press site in which I had removed canonical tag and after 3 days it's ranking dropped. So I bit worry. As I know after doing on -pages changes ranking goes down and after sometimes it again come back but for canonical tag thing I had done for first time. Bit confused why there is drop in ranking...

OK well first thing is look at the question you asked.

You said you did this, this, this this and this and your ranking dropped.

The answer is in there somewhere, so you invite people to pick away at your question or offer any old unrelated advice.

However somewhere in your question is most likely where the answer is. So retrace what you did tand change back and wait. Either that or other factors like Google updates or others competing pushing you down or any number of other reasons can be factors.
