What exactly are you offering for $20? I know what guest posting is and how it can benefit the author of the article / post or the site which accepts articles / posts from others. I'm just not clear on exactly what you are offering for $20. Are you offering to write an article / post that can be used as a guest post? Are you offering to write an article / post on my behalf and post it on a site / blog for me? Do I supply you with the site / blog I want the article / post to appear on or do you have a list? Are you offering to write an article / post on one of my sites and I pay you $20 for the article / post? How many words for $20? Does the post / article include an image or images? How many links are included in the post and/or byline? He's not talking about submitting your blog to other blogs. He's talking about an article / post that is used as a guest post that includes a link or links to a site.
