Google Plus with New Interface. Like it or not?

Google Plus already release its new interface. Do you like it or not?

Google Plus is now looks like Facebook but with better interface and easier navigation. Never thought it would be like this. I like the new interface. Facebook and LinkedIn user might find it really interesting.

 

What are the biggest new differences?

I think if my memory serves me correctly they have changed the top bar colour, rather on par with the same way Twitter Bootstrap changed to, but what else has changed please?

You're correct about top bar.
Add more screenshot. The new box for 'updating' status now looks like Facebook.
Everything looks very simple.

Is it just me or Google Plus just changed the interface earlier?
Last night (few hours ago) I see it uses old interface and today it changed into new interface.
Maybe Google release it earlier in UK.

 

At least they are trying to do something different...It must be hard for google...They have money, features, marketing, they try new things, but no one wants to use their SN

 

Some people might say they were frustating as the new SN, G+ was failed in many areas. My area is an example of their failure. Most of my friends didn't like to use G+.

Almost all my local friends having difficulty in using old Google Plus. The new interface surely will help them understanding features in Google+.
I was thinking New Google+ would be much different than Facebook.
But they decide to give simple interface which is almost identical with Facebook.

I only went over after seeing your post. I see a market for Google+ covers (Like FB covers) here but woh that's a big image area, so imagine jumping the gun thus far might not be a good idea RE that as yet, as are Google really going to keep that large imagery so people have to scroll? hmm. >

 

From my point of view this new interface resembles more to pinterest. I like it, I think I should give a try to G+

 

That's very large image.
I didn't check the 'my profile' area. Only the 'HOME'.
I don't like the large image. It wasn't align correctly with their new 'widget'.

'HOME' is way awesome than 'MY PROFILE'.
if they remove the large image and provide small image with scale-able feature (Zoom in whenever mouse move over it), it would be better.

That's why I stated about it in my first post. It looks like LinkedIn.

 

I like 'new face' of Google+, it's more easy to use.

G+ is more interested than facebook i think, but most of my friends still use facebook

 

It's so easy to hate on G+, but I actually like the way the stream flows now.

 

If Google get the image size thing right it won't be long b4 we see Google+ XXWhatwordXX (like FB Covers) sales here on DP in the contests forum as wll as all the usual things that go with such things across the web of course..

 

Yeahh...looks like G+ follow Facebook interface.

Maybe they think Facebook already used by billion people in the world and they follow it.

They have tried something different with facebook but people don't like it much

I wonder what Facebook Think about the new G+. They must be trying to change their interface again to beat G+.

 

I think Google Plus will be huge in time. Just because Google email supports it. It doesn't offer new quality. But it's Google. And it will enhance your rankings probably because of the authorship.

 

I'm still learning the bits that google+ has to offer. I will certainly be looking into this one in detail.

 

I love the new interface of G+. Google is getting high rank because of the new easily interface and navigation. The new interface has made it so simple and all thing is in your one click. The hangout place on right and the top image of profile size is long than before. The size of the post is small and now its looking very great, when you click on it and then it come to the center of page. you have many option to do with post and also yo have many choice from business point of view.

 

I remember Google were using 'ugly' and 'somewhat complicated' GUI in the past. Maybe this is their strategy to make user really like it. Old interface isn't that great. Most of my friends said it was 'useless' and didn't want to use it. Guess what, when Google uses the new interface, they were really like it. Few of them even said G+ has better and more simpler interface than FB.
