    Friends I am working on a website in which my website's monthly traffic is ( visit is 257) and (Unique visitors is 154), it is good traffic Or Not..? Please tell me..

    also share what is your website's traffic and how much traffic increase in a website when we doing seo...?

    Depends on conversions..

    e.g if i only had 50 pm and coverted 90% = 45 is better than having

    200 pm and only converting 5% = 10 (45>10)

    It's not just about numbers :)

    Depends on how long have you been working on the website. If you are working on it for over an year then it is a low traffic but if this is a new site then the traffic is average-good. I could have answered better if I knew a little more details about the site.

    Give us some more details - what is the website about, what is your targeting audience, how exactly did you work on it?

    Otherwise your question sounds like: "I have a car, it goes 10 miles per hour - is it good?" :)
