What Do you Think About Huge Penguin Update.Its Helpful Or Not ?????????

 

Well it depends on you whether you make it helpful or not!
Let it take this way, do you think google will do anything which is not helpful for their user? If your are a reader then you should be happy because you will get great stuffs ranked higher on your searches. If you are a owner of a blog with good contents and legitimate backlinks, you should be ultra happy. But remember every stick has two ends, If you are a spammer then you are probably going to realize your loss soon.
Hope you are not in the last category.

thanks satyajit and i am not a spammer.my ques is based on our off page tech..... because wo do bookmrking, directory, article for making link and Penguin Update is based on link.

 

#1 Make website for USERs not Search engines.
#2 If site is user-friendly with having some good backlinks then you will be #1.
#3 Nowadays, social media also plays a vital role.

BTW All this social metrics thing is also working against site owners to.

Let me give you an example

Let's say you have 30 plus blogs and you have a twitter, facebook, Google+ or whatever connected via name.

They rank. and rank well and so if say you had blanketed all the top results for a thing, say a brand name, you will find those SN sites ranked instead of your own things which have targted the other sites brand names.

Now to my mind this is bad not good.

But each to their own. I can't say it is not also an increasingly important metric as it certainly seems Google is determined to try and make it so presently.
