Is these two Google's page ranks are same or 0 (zero)is better than N/A? If then what is the meaning of page rank N/A,obviously this means site have no page rank. But does this means the site got penalty or simple only dont have page rank.I created a new blog on Aug 2012 and only 24 pages.I was not updating regularly.Althouh I'm recovering this blog nw to make better blog but all these 24 pages are having rich content. But I dont know why it is decreased from 0 to N/A within this 7 days? But now visitors are slowly have been increasing from last week. Before this the visitors were almost 0 and no such backlinks.
PR is depends upon back links of a website. PR 0 is better than n/a. n/a means no back link or not indexed/valued back links. See the PR algorithm here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PageRank
Make it simple, PR0 mean your PR is 0, PR N/A mean your PR is not yet updated, just wait for the next update, then you will see your PR value
Thank you very much Whitecap SEO But I am 100%sure that my all content of 24 pages of this blog are original and rich.I think Google should consider this type of blog or website which having although few page pages BUT QUALITY AND ORIGINAL CONTENT.I think it is better than big website with 100 of poor quality contenty. Some bigwebsites are more popular because they are welknown as they are ols website. But now a days they are not adding any rich content.Their pages are comes first on Google search engine because THEY HAVE SO MUCH BACK LINK BUT POOR CONTENT.What you say about this? By the way thank you very much for your quick response.
Yes, i am agree with you, PR is calculated by the formula and it's value depends upon the backlink and outbound links of a website. It will be good if we create good backlinks of our website..
thank you lifeplayer..yes i have to wait for next update. Beacause when I posted only 10 pages..that time my page rank was 3 but due to some reason I could not update my blog. And now I'm updating regualarly.Let's hope for the best.
Pr 0 mean your website page rank is 0 & not enough backlinks for getting page rank 1, Pr N/A mean your website nearly launched or your website page rank not updated yet.
there is no mean of pr 0 and pr n/a. because Pr0 site already crawled and index by bots and PR n/a are not. And Pr basically depends on backlink. and backlink depend on many factor.
Is it PR still valuable now? I have 1 PR3 and 2 PR2 but still I don't know how to monetize it. Maybe experience member here could answer my question.
it all depends. which niche? how many visitors/views a day? there are a lot of factors that will determine what's the best advertising option for you. Cheers.
Remember that the PR you see for your website is basically historical data. The best indication of how your site is doing, is how it is ranking in the search engines. For example, I ranked top with one of my sites and the PR is lower than pretty much all sites below me on the first page, some of focus on the exact same topic/keywords. The sites below me in the top three have higher PR, Higher DA, Higher PA. Yet my site ranks top and has maintained that position now for over 3 years. Yes it's nice to say you have a PR X site, but personally I wouldn't be that concerned about it myself.
PR is no more important ranking factor. I have site with PR 4, but it get no more than 10 visitors per day from google, and i have another that get more than 1000 visitors daily with only PR 2.
that's perfectly correct dude. i suggest to not worry about (like hollyroller sad) and continue to take action. sooner or later all the world will understand this (maybe ).
Google only updates the toolbar PR every 3-6 months. A PR=n/a means that the last time that Google took a snapshot of their index to calculate and publish a Toolbar PR update, the URL in question either 1) did not exist or 2) existed but was not in their index. A PR=0 means that the last time that Google took a snapshot of their index to calculate and publish a Toolbar PR update, the URL in question WAS indexed and had only a few known links... i.e. it didn't have enough links to be a PR=1.
