My name is Georgiy Kharchenko and I am looking for SEO person to help me solve some of the problems I have and possibly take over all of my SEO work. Currently I am in trouble, my traffic decreased from 2000 targeted visitors per day to 400 or even less. My firm used to make 7 digits income, where right now I am downsizing and cutting down on expenses and making nothing. This is first time something like that happens. There few things that happen, first it happen right after changing graphics, also someone who used to work for me spammed site and currently there 55K inbound links pointing to the web site. I also run other wine web site, for 8 months, no traffic. Really need help from professional SEO who understands off page an on page. Please reply urgently!

Hi Georgiy, did you try to dissect what cause the drop in traffic? if you are sure your website is spammed then I presume that you are hit by Penguin update. Try to change your internet marketing campaign. You can also try to use GWMT disvow tools for the said spam links that you have. Good luck mate! ;)

    Hi Georgiy,

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. I hope you'll find a way to turn it around and get people back to work.

From what you've described, you're almost certainly dealing with issues in the link department (which you already seem aware of). In this case, you want to make every effort you can to have those links removed from the source. If you have a lot of links coming from any one domain, I suggest contacting them and asking them to remove it. That is the best way it can be handled because it will never leave it to Google to figure it out, and it can't bite you in the butt again in the future.

You also mentioned you have another site. Do you have several? Do they link to each other at all? Interlinking is very dangerous if they are hosted on the same C-block (IP). If one is penalized it can crawl over to the others as well.

Are you still receiving any search engine traffic? The question now is whether you have been penalized by Google (which is known to crush businesses relying on search traffic), or whether the previous traffic came from poor linking practices and was simply 'devalued.' The latter is obviously better for you and will mean you can bounce back much quicker.

It can sometimes take months and a very aggressive strategy to recover from a penalty. My first goal for you would be confirming whether or not you have been penalized.

Feel free to PM me if you'd like to discuss further.

    Good luck,

    Kris

    Penalised by Google LOL.

The guy has page 1 SERPS, just they are bottom of page 1 and really needs top 3 on page 1 IMHO.

Links must be really harming things what with page 1 SERPS eh! Believe me the links don't at first glance I took seem to be hurting anything. Just needs some good on site SEO things going on to help improve things if you ask me...(and I looked :p I think I just cost too much :) for OP)

Where do you determine that he still has first page results? The OP does not mention anything of the sort, only a major traffic decrease, and did not include a link to investigate.

If you're referring to 'PhenObestin' from within his profile, all I can see from some quick searching is that it ranks for the branded term and not for closely related ones like Phentermine.

I also quickly looked into the links going to PhenObestin, with a large number of weak anchor texts like 'top diet pills cheap' or 'cheap diet pills' linking directly to the homepage. They were also on pages containing rotating link-widgets used in poor link building schemes. The links are a problem, and if you would know how to look deeper Revelations, you would not give him poor advice like that. Good job sounding like an arse, I wouldn't pay a dime for your services.

I guess you might not be aware of rapidly changing google Algorithm and perhaps your sites might had been slapped by Google Algorithm changes... You need to re-engineer your site and go by Google strict rules! I have encountered so many people having same problems as yours... Re-construct your site, remove spammy backlinks, build authority through content marketing and guest blogging!

This problem is being faced by many website owners; you are not only a single owner who was hit by Google panda. There are many things which could be responsible for it such as poor content, spam backlinks, over seo optimization.

I would suggest you to get these issues resolved by your current agency, because they can only save your website from Google panda penalty and recover website. They are well versed with the latest techniques of Google algorithm.

Find the few following suggestions to recover website visibility

    1) 1) Unique content writing
    2) 2) Remove spam backlinks
    3) 3) Website links navigation
    4) 4) Don’t use black hat techniques
    5) 5) Increase authority back links
    6) 6) Guest blogging

The main problem I am seeing these days is effect of link building, if there is a little problem in your link building profile, you won't get good ranking, so you have to think of this first..try to do it naturally.

    Hi seolearner,

Why do you copy and paste things like this? Panda, really? Do you follow the updates? Panda was like 3 years ago, this is a recent hit. Penuin algorithm updates have been rolling out gradually, but is not the cause of this.

This is exactly why SEO is so dangerous to contract out, as many people only pretend to know what they are talking about :(

@seolearner, I recommend spending more time learning and getting experience with SEO before giving advice to people who have businesses on the line.
