Is there a legit way to Transfer Neteller Money to Paypal

    I got around $20 left in my verified neteller account and I want to transfer them to paypal.

    Actually I had signed up for neteller when it was issuing Plastic cards to India. But now they have stopped issuing them (for Indian accounts). Bank withdrawal is an option, but they charge too much and by the time it reaches my bank account, I will get only $8-10.

    Do you guys know any legit service? I searched a few and seems that most are scams.

    They stopped in 2011 due to RBI policy.Exchange money will be costly for you. You can try to purchase shopping. 20$ is not the big amount.
