Hi, A Squidoo is a wonderful way to have a high quality link and receive natural traffic. Here is one example of a Squidoo that I just recently did: http://www.squidoo.com/fairies-are-real If you order between 1-5 Squidoo lens then the price is $20 per lens If you order between 6-51 Squidoo lens then the price is $15 per lens If you order between 50-100 Squidoo lens then the price is $12 per lens The squidoo will have around 1000 words of content on it. Two links to whatever sites you need. YouTube videos can be displayed on it. If you order 20 or more then I can do up to 5 modules on it. Special DP Discount: For the first people who order only 10 lens it will only cost you - $130 Bonus Special DP Discount: If you order 100 lens then it will only cost you $900, which is just $9 per lens! Time duration depends on the order and what all is required. Payment via PayPal only. Thanks
I've checked out your example lens (it's called a "lens," not a "Squidoo") and have a few suggestions: - Use a word counter. Your example has less than 600 words of actual content, which is not even close to the 1,000 you talk about in your offer. - The images in your example lens are not credited. That's something that Squidoo is getting very picky about so make sure you include credits. (I'm assuming that you know to use only images that are yours or are allowed for commercial use.) - Proofread, or have someone proofread, your writing. Your example lens has a typo in the title of the introduction and it has several grammar and punctuation errors. And finally - please take care of all these things before offering your work for sale.
If you must know, all of the images on the Squidoo/Lens can be found on wiki. The thread posted above was a "sample" and at the time I was not even thinking about a word count when I did it. Please, don't troll my thread anymore.
Do you build them under your own account and then transfer them to the client's account or do you login as the client? and have you really seen a fairy?
I build them under my own account and then I transfer them. Yes, I really have and what I said in there about my cat is true.
DreamingBig, I wasn't trolling. Joining any site is not a fast and simple process; I wouldn't have done it if I didn't feel strongly about what I said. I wrote that reply to provide you with what I thought - and still think - are helpful suggestions, and I stand by those suggestions. In fact, I'll add one: Answering my post with your image sources is useless; you need to put those sources *on the lens.* I also have a suggestion for anyone considering your (or anyone else's) offer: Be careful. Squidoo has changed drastically in the last few weeks. There are now filters in place that will catch and lock poor quality lenses. Even veteran lensmasters - which, with only two lenses, DreamingBig is not - are having trouble getting their lenses to publish. (If you don't believe me read the blog and the forums.) If you really want to hire someone to make lenses for you make sure you evaluate their work first - as I have done with the example lens given here. Better yet, join Squidoo and get acquainted with the site by making a few lenses of your own. Actual lens setup is not hard; you may not need to pay someone to do it for you. (And even if you do, it could take a long time for you to make back that money, let alone make a profit from it. Squidoo currently has more than 500,000 lenses and only the top 85,000 pay royalties; unless your lenses are in that top 85,000 or you know how to promote them to get affiliate sales you won't make anything.) DreamingBig, I understand you want to make money online; that's what this forum is all about and that's what most of us want. But if your Squidoo work is any indication you need to get more writing (and proofreading and editing) experience before you decide to offer your services to others.
