I use Twitter, StumbleUpon, links in articles and on my websites, and FB to advertise my FB page and increase the "likes".
I think this is one of questions for "I'm desperate, no traffic" category. I have facebook fan page with 10.000+ likes and I got it on one really easy way.. You have to post interesting, funny and unique things and make people share them because "links" are interesting to everyone. Also, post link in other pages and ask for little help with promoting. That's some short lines for begin. in meanwhile, you'll learn more and see other, more effective ways. Thanks!

No paid services will give you genuine likes, you have to grow them organically by sharing quality content. So it`s no pont having 1000 bot likes.
My small business is having a FB page too. I prefer genuine likes more than the fake ones. You have to spread your link through SEO or some other method. If your page is a genuine one then surely you will get more likes. Update your page regularly. At least write good morning and good evening.

I am constantly posting diferent kind of contests like: ''Here-s the prize (and a photo of the prize), so the contestants have to put a like to the page, a like to the photo and share the photo; after that choose the way you will select the winner: random draw, by top likes and so on. You can get many ways to get quality like, like make a sponsored ad or run a campaign in Fb, make a contest, in which you will get more likes, paid money on compaign to produce likes, or other way to invite your friends to like your fan page.
Wow, It sounds awesome! I'd Like a page that starts such a campaign. I think it's ok, but you might also consider to give some proofs that you really have the money for this purpose, or may be you have some sponsors to mention. And you should mention the place you are about to plant those trees. And, of course, at the end you should bring some proofs that you really did that, unless it's a fake campaign.
