Hi, i have an EMD that gets around 165,000 exact global searches but it is not yet ranked as there isn't a website yet. How much would it be worth just for the domain? It is a .net

Its difficult to say mate, it all depends on the brand-ability of the domain. EMD has lost value in terms of SEO rankings so this has a direct effect on the value of a domain. If you domain is short and it can be easily branded within a specific niche then u might fetch a decent price for it...

EMD are always in SEO ranking list criteria, certainly not the only or the top requirement. I use estibot for my appraisals.

Ehh.. Being that it's a .NET I don't think it would be worth that much. Are all extensions taken? If not, then the .NET would be pretty much as good as the ORG/BIZ/INFO.. If anything, get it developed then sell!
