You need to be more specific. Are you asking how to put the existing code into your site? Or how to create embed codes? Usually any video streaming site will have an option for generating an embed code. Any clarification to your question would be appreciated.

I tried to copy and paste the embed code for that video into a test page and it said: Forbidden 403, which tells me that the site owner generated that code as an affiliate from somewhere else and it will only work on his/her site or under certain conditions. At least that's what I think is happening. You need to sign up as an affiliate with one of those programs and then generate your own embed codes. Sorry, that's the only suggestion I might have for you.
