Hi all, I've tried to link twitter with my facebook page, and while tweets are posted correctly on my personnal account, if I choose this option, there is nothing ever posted on page, when settings are correctly set. Can anybody help please? I've contacted twitter support and have not received any answer. It drives me crazy.. Many thanks!! Mel
I also have a bad experience with Twitter posting to Facebook. That's why I am using http://twitterfeed.com for posting RSS items to both of these social networks instead (I believe that you can set it up for grabbing your tweets too, you just need to find the RSS feed of your Twitter account).
Many thanks for quick reply. Looks great option, but won't help me much as I can access twitter when at work, but twitterfeed is forbiden by proxy. I'm not spending my whole day not doing my job, but take couple minute to update twitter during lunch time. Do you know, if twitterfeed will post any tweets posted on twitter to facebook? Really many many thanks!!
It should work just fine. Currently Twitter provides RSS feeds (e.g. https://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/user_timeline.rss?screen_name=devtard_com - this is an RSS feed of my account) but they have announced discontinuing support for RSS recently so I would use http://feed43.com or something similar to create a custom RSS feed for this purpose.
