There is adult alternative of adsense and it is named black label ads, try to make website and use this one. Well, I can't point out which product. Do a research on affiliate marketing. And don't use paypal button directly. Long stuff short, you sign up with someone like amazon and you promote their product with unique url. When someone click that url and buy using your url, you get some portion. There are lots of affiliate programs, check affiliate category in digitalpoint.
