Are GIFS Next To Adsense Ok?

I was wondering if animated digs next to Adsense ads are okay?

So I want to use the 300x250 box and put 4 animated gifs..maybe like fireworks or some little cartoon characters jumping or something one under the other on each side of the Adsense ad. Between them will be a border. So it will be like this:

Is this okay?

 

There needs to be a line clearly dividing it from the ad unit (or a border like you mentioned)

As long as the user can differentiate between the picture and the ad unit, you should be ok.

 

I suggest you contact adsense and have them look at your layout. They will tell you if it violates their TOS

 

gif is an image too.
