Like it says above free submissions have a cut off. Meaning when pending link reach 200 it shuts down free submissions. This way we do not have 1000's of pending links to go through. Most of the directories above have spam/crappy site submitted to them. Also people/submitter's do not follow the rules. No internal links No URL in title or description. Submit to correct category. No paydayloans, (yesterday I deleted 45 of these) So the reason no free is available is spammers nothing else. We do try to delete crap quickly. So keep calling back.
