Monetizing 20 000 visitors a month

Hey there!

I run this website that has a 13k facebook fans page and gets 20 000 visits a month with 50 000 page views.

I post pictures compilation of hot and sexy women on this website, no nudes, only tease.

I would like to monetize the site but I don't want to be obvious and annoying trying to sell seduction e-books and stuff like that.

I tried to make business with ad networks such as adsense but most of the don't want to make business with me because it is "adult content" and I don't want to display porn advertisement since my website does not contain nudity. I tried other small ad networks but the payoff was really bad.

I thought about making great designed t-shirts but it can become complicated when the time to ship/label/keeping track of the stocks comes.

I got a full time job and a web design business on the side so I don't have time for selling t-shirts and stuff.

I came here to have ideas from you guys, I would love to monetise the site and make great passive income! What do you think?

Considering that you have pictures compilation, your best option is content ad networks such as Nster, Nrelate, Linkwithin, and the others.

 

With that many pageviews per day, would it be easy to make revenue from affiliate marketing that wouldn't affect my website's reputation?

50k pageviews is not a lot - even the website with 1,000,000 Alexa Rank has 100k pageviews per month =)

For affiliate marketing, you should have a very well targeted audience, otherwise your conversion (and thus your earnings) will be extremely low.

Ok, to every single person who's trying to push the so-called "traffic generating" software.

The only way (read in all capital letters) you can get visitors is to advertise on other websites.
That's it.
This is how you get traffic - you pay Google to advertise you through AdSense, you pay for AdWords, you pay for Adverts on Facebook, you pay different ad networks to get your website advertise in their network.

But pleeeeease, stop shoveling this scammy "all brand new" useless junk around.

It's not only useless, this website looks so cheap and cheesy, that you have to be mentally handicapped to be convinced to spend $37 on this [censored].

Seriously, just pay Google or Facebook.

Or if you have a content rich website, sign up with content discovery platforms like Nster, Nrelate, of Linkwithin.

 

You should be able to monetize it somehow. Idk why you don't want to go the ebook route. It may actually work well. A lot of men are desperate to be able to pick up women that look like the ones you are posting. Why not market a strategy to pick up a babe just like *posts picture*? There are ebooks on Click Bank with high converting sales pages that do just that and you can make $30 or more per sale as an affiliate. If possible, you could create an email optin too that gets the guys in for free, perhaps promises to send them more photos via email, and then you sneak those marketing messages in the email sequence too. Just my suggestions....hope you make it work. I'd hate to waste the traffic. Good luck.

 

Do not be discouraged by those telling you that you cannot monetize 50k visitors per month. From your description, it sounds like your visitors are great targets for dating websites and/or erotic ebooks. Look for a dating site with a good affiliate program and join, you should be able to get some great banners which will gel well with your website. You can also hire a writer (like myself) at one of the freelance sites e.g. elance, guru etc to write an erotic ebook which you can sell on your website for between $3 and $5. You can even make it a series. Even if you convert just 1% daily, that's 17 sales! At $3 per ebook, that's $51 daily or $1, 530 per month ... not bad for a side gig.
You could also begin an erotic blog for free to get visitors hooked and then convert it into a membership site in future once you have a loyal audience.

 

Try "adult cpa offer". I knew lot of friends who are having the same situation like you who are doing adult cpa offer.

 

put google analystics on your pages and buy some traffic..get it up to 30K+ month visitors and then sell ad spaces on your pages on sites such as buysellads.

 

why dont you try affiliate program, cj is one of the best option, you can apply those product that you which is suitable for your site

In this case you are limited to sell something on the website or make a premium account with additional content.

 

You should put a lead capture form on your site and offer a free ebook or video on your niche. Then from building your list you can send offers to your list from time to time and monetize your list. As your list grows so will your money.

 

You could the following in my opinion. I have done similar with a non nude bikini website before.

Try BuySellAds, this might be a good way to monetize the traffic. Generally acceptance rules there are difficult and your niche is tough, but it have a chance.

Other than that, try affiliate marketing related to your niche.

 

BuySellAds require 100k/month minimum page views.

 

Duh, they are picky...
On the other hands, 20000 visitors per month is not enough to monetize on the ad networks anyway.
I mean, even if you average PPV is 10 then:

200,000 impressions per month.
For non-targeted traffic (even if it's U.S.), high cpm would be around $1.
$200 per month.

Here's a good example - drudgepreport.com (news aggregator) earns around $5000 per day... having over 1,200,000 visitors per day...

Guess you don't have many options here:

1. Grow your website (through nster, linkwithin, zemanta, etc)
2. Try your luck in the CPA programs.

 

Try wine, dating etc affiliate marketing...might be it works
