Suggestion I have Received 2 warning, i need to know what i have done!

Hi,
Unfortunately i have received 2 warning in my account i am afraid of getting banned so i need some Support & Help.I can see that i have 2 warning but when i clicked any of them it show me a message: "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."

But i want to knock which behavior / post causes this infraction to me. I have tried to post relevant and helpful post but i don't understand why i have got the 2 warning.

If i can see the reason of getting the warning so that i could avoid this type of behavior / post for next.

The message were in my spam box thats why i didnt saw the warning message.

[As i am a freelance SEO service provider so i always search for work in service section]
Here is the reason why i have got the warning,
1> I sent a message to a client and also posted in his thread that "check your inbox"
2> Some one was asking for automated web 2 and social bookmarking and wanted to quote the price so i did exactly the same as the client wanted.

Just Read the rules:
Don't try to sell spam related products or services. This includes automated posting services like forum posts or [blog, YouTube, etc.] comments. No social bookmarking, or exchanges are allowed (for example a "Like" exchange). You may not sell email lists here.


Now i know why i get the 2nd warning

Suggest me one thing in that case (if a buyer want manual & automated seo services)
should i message him my price? or i should ignore this type of buyer?

i wasnt active before in this forum. I understood the reason why i got the first warning.
but i was a little shocked about the second warning because the client wanted quote for the automated and manual web 2's and social bookmarking. so i quoted my price in his thread.
Today just read the rules that automated services are not allowed here.

I would be grateful if you could Suggest me the way for this situation: (if a buyer want manual & automated seo services) should i message him my price? or i should ignore this type of buyer?
