I have a confusion that our a site http://www.rajhansoilseals.com/ but this site has same content and same design from to two other site http://rajhansoilseal.com/, www.oilseals-india.com. these two site are same ip and same owner and he want to do seo on www.rajhansoilseals.com so please tell me these both other url will affect to ranking of ranhansoilseals.com if yes then what should i do.. redirect both url http://rajhansoilseal.com/, www.oilseals-india.com on this site http://www.rajhansoilseals.com/ through 301 redirection.

Yes redirect is best via 301, Because Google or any search engine don't like copy content or design. Or you can change content of your site and IP too.....

I think noindex will be a better option than redirection. Noindex the whole website using robots.txt

 

301 redirect is the most efficient and Search Engine Friendly method than robots.txt
