Can anyone recommend a service similar to GetArticlesDone (that offers original and rewrites) and articles written specifically for Ezinearticles? I used to use these guys quite a bit, but have been having terrible luck there the past few months. First, it was poor quality articles...then I tried them again after claiming they made changes. Well, I'm waiting now a week on a small order and their support now won't get back to me. I won't be using them again. I don't want a monthly service - that's not what I'm looking for. Just quality article writing service who is reasonably priced and can get orders done in reasonable amount of time. I am NOT looking for single writers, so please don't respond or PM me if you are looking for writing work. I am looking for a SERVICE with fluent English writers for another time. Thanks.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING GET ARTICLES DONE ON THE MOMENT I know this is an old thread but since it is relevant to my problem i will update it here: I have been using Get Articles Done for over a year and they were always OK, except they hardly ever delivered within the advertised time frame indicated on their website. I normally order between 20 - 50 UAW articles per month with them The last month has been extremely bad. i have several articles which is taking almost 2 weeks and still not ready. I have several times ordered new articles and then after 3 days they still have not been added to the MYAMS system from them and i have to open a ticket to remind them to add my order to the system. Here is a screen shot of a article ordered on the 16th of April. 2013 -- As you can see after 10 days of getting reassigned, The above is only one many of my orders look like lately. Below is a screen shot of my current pending orders: All of these were ordered prior to 24 April and some as far back as 16 April. Pending status ones have not yet been added or are not yet assigned after almost 4 days +. So i ask you what happened to 3 - 5 days promised delivery time ???? Communication is non existent : In the last 2 week i have send 2 faxes, left one voice mail, send 5 emails and 2 tickets - these was send to the emails below and to the fax number +1-440-505-7386 shown on their website : As I need the articles as part of services i sell, i have now lost several of my customers because of Get Articles Done failure to deliver as they promise and for failing to communicate with me on what the problems are. Conclusion The Get Articles Done used to be a great service but right now i do not recommend anybody to useGet Articles done as they failed to adhere to their promised and delivery times. Will i use them again: If i can get some guarantees and if the service quality can return to what it used to be, then yes i will definitely use them again. Hi Royalmice The delivery time is not guaranteed, it's an estimate and depends the order volume we have. We can only guarantee turn-around time for guaranteed order volume, in other words, when you exclusively book resources. Gunter, Very nice of you to finally respond to me. Have you been on holidays the last 2 weeks ? because you never responded to my emails or faxes ? So what you are now saying is that it could take up to a month just to get a 400 word basic article done, and you are saying that when you get bulk orders everybody else get pushed to the bottom of the list in terms of priority, despite the fact that they have been sending you orders consistently for over a year. I am very disappointed to see that you offer no apologies for the poor service you have rendered me and you offer no indication when i can expect to receive my articles which was ordered almost 3 weeks ago. Really disappointed in the service and your response. What ever happened to German efficiency ? Regards
