So the guy who made original template gets roughly 100 bucks per licence (TM cuts in, he probably gets less), but he gets it multiplied by the number of purchases made. And basically you want someone else to recreate the work he did for way, way, way lower price, and sell it only once, to you. Well, can't stop but wonder. Good luck with it.

That was my first like on this forum after I was able to do so, look at all the replies,everyone except you wants to get this done.
Well unlike guys from India, Indonesia and some other countries that work for such amounts, I can't earn a living with such pay. It would only be a waste of time. Although I've got requests very often to get things done for the right price after failed attempt by some cheap worker.
I tried my hardest not to be a troll here, but after seeing some of the responses, i just couldnt stop myself. At a guess, I would expect it to cost $800 - $1000 and this is based on work (and quotes for work) that I have had done by dp members in the past. No real programmer replied as it wasnt worth their time to do so. The fact that your going to alot of effort to clone a site that is already ridiculously cheap is beyond me. Ok but lets say that you find someone happy to work at $4 per hour, and it takes them 20 hours for this job to be done. so thats $80, 3 days to complete + lead time, so1-2 weeks delivery. Considering that for an extra $59, you have a theme that is: ready to use right now secure reliable professionally coded professional support. going the cheap route will usually see you with a few bugs, and it will quickly add up each time you hire someone to get fix each specific bug and I am not saying that because I am a troll, I am speaking from experience.
I am not sure what to understand from this reply but all I said was that I liked what "ntmedia" said and that was the reason for liking his post.
reply wasnt for you, it was for the op, i was in an absolute hurry, and stuffed up a multi quote and didnt get a chance to fix it.
lmao paying over paid workers here in canada and the us to do the same work as an experienced worker in india makes business sense why you ask? why should i pay 1000 for a custom website when i can have a custom website for 50.00 or 80.00?
overpaid workers in Canada or under paid workers in India? For someone who would appreciate hard work that designers do, you would purchase original template and not find someone rip it off for even lower price. And experienced worker, won't work anywhere for the price you're looking for. If someone wanted to earn like a construction site worker, he would go and work there.
At times freelancers do get excited when job is posted and they quote well 50 -60% less on quote. They really bid like anything as if there is a dead end after this. The real fact is either they will really do a good job (very unlikely more often than not) or completely make a mess out of it and fight over on negative feedbacks everywhere.. how many time have we seen this? Do respect the original works.. all i can say!
