Contest $20 Logo Design Contest

This contest is to design a logo for a new e-commerce store that will specialize in selling fancy dress costumes - especially for babies and children.

The name of the site is 'Cute Costumes' and the strapline is 'The funky way to look fabulous'

The logo should look sleek and modern but retain an element of fun to reflect the nature of dressing up. Ultimately the design should look professional as it will be the main focal point of the store.

Please avoid overly complex designs, I am looking for something relatively simple.

Contest will run until I get a design I am happy with and there will be $20 via PayPal for the winner.

 

I like the font on this but not keen on the witch - for one thing its much too big, would be better around the same size as the text but also not sure if I want to use a witch as the mascot.

 

I think this one is a bit too complex, again the character is too big - I would prefer the text to be the main focus but overall I am not feeling this one as much as the other entry to be honest.

Thanks - not bad although I think the mascot is a little too complex and I am not sure about the colours so would want to see some different colour variation.

By the way - just to let everyone know I will be out of the office a few days from tomorrow - returning the middle of next week. I will still give feedback when I return but it may just take a little longer than usual for me to respond.

Yes I would be keen to see some different colours and perhaps also different font variations too

 

No problem if you want another way, just say what exactly you want me to change, because I don't know what is your vision!

 

Thanks a bit better although would still like to see a few more colour and font options. You are not too far away with what you have - just not found a combination of colour and font that blows me away yet!

Sorry but not keen on this, I prefer the other designs that have come in so far.

I dont like the background on it - that will become restrictive on artwork, the picture doesn't reflect fun dressing up or kids dressing up and the font is a bit lacking in my opinion.

Actually you know the original one may work with the witch and a few small changes.

Could you revert back to the original but make the witch the same size as the text and maybe darken the purple a bit on both the witch and the top text?
