OK so it's not end they are continue with their attack as I had read previous threads here
    https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/click-bomb.2647326/
    https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/click-bombing-plz-give-me-some-solution-against-it.2652001/

No one had found proper solution yet, I don't want to report to Adsense because I know they banned my account. Also previous solution are like this
    * Remove ads from home page - they are attacking on inner pages
    * Wordpress is not safe - I am not using WordPress
    * Remove particular type of all (May be it's my last option tomorrow)

I want to Block whole Germany to access my site because they are changing IP but country is fixed i had taken this decision & I had find IP range database of Germany from this two sites
    http://services.ce3c.be/ciprg/
    http://www.ipdeny.com/ipblocks/data/countries/de.zone
but adding one by one more than 6000 IP range in IP Deny Manager from hosting account is not feasible way. :p I am using Bluehost & they don't allow mod_geoip :( So is there any way I can block this whole range?? Quick working reply will help lot!!

Report is fake and not working. I reported 3 times in a week but it leads to Account suspend for me after a week. Google will never check this report.

I would check raw access logs, check to see if there using a common useragent, referral, hostname, provider and ban anything that matches them.

I suggest you to remove your ads first, I don't want you to do same mistake which I did in past.

Depends if you want free or paid. MaxMind has a free country DB and it's not difficult to make a plugin for it (if you know a bit of PHP). However, you could also use their web services, if you don't (or can't) use their DB file on your account (I remember once having some performance issues, many years ago though).

@Karthik - Currently removed all ads from whole site before I get second attack. I will not put them back until I find proper solution.

@Ryan - I had seen MaxMind but didn't found free DB but anyways I already had list as you can see in first post. just want to know is it blocked by .htaccess or any other way.

At least put up some affiliate ads like amazon or something with a cookie so maybe after they click bomb your site they go and buy something from amazon.

You could have the ads disabled for few days and then enable Chitika ads (they look a lot like Google's ads) and see if the click bombing continues or not. If you don't have ads on the site for few days, there's a good chance they'll think you got banned and leave you alone.

You won't earn much for those days but at least you can save your account.

You need the "GeoLite Country" DB (http://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/geolite). You could add an entry at the top of the script to check the country and block. Sample PHP at:

    http://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/downloadable

    (And other languages available.)

Just make sure to update the .dat file once per month (or even a weekly cron job to make sure you capture the latest file).

I wouldn't bother adding so many IPs to .htaccess as you will also need a way of keeping them up to date, which won't be easy. A PHP (or whatever scripting language you prefer) solution like above will be much easier to manage (all you need to specify is the country code to block).

It's good that publishers should think about it this way from the beginning.
It will stop them from trying "evil" tricks to earn more, as Google would say.
However this is not really true.
I got my first google adsense account banned because a website of mine contained links to a streaming website that was infringing copyright.
It was back in the days when it wasn't still completely clear whether linking to such websites was allowed or not.

Well, I have created a second account later on and never had any problems with it ever since.

I agree with kingofking, if you got a suspiciously high CTR you should report it to Google immediately.
It's not as though they will ban you if you don't, still you will look better in their eyes IMO.

Its not true at all! people know if they commit a serious crime, then they will go to prison....
do people still commit crimes? Yes they do, and they will continue to go to prision...

google could just as easily re-work the system, and limit your account the click through's until
    such a time they stop, then it would not matter if you or the world was bomb clicking;
you simply just would not be paid for it...but google has this ban the world attitude....

I would not use google adsense, regardless if they
decided to re-store my account, and send me the $100
that they stole when they banned my account years ago....

    Screw google....

I agree with parts of what you just said, that if you are click bombed, they should only pay you for the legit clicks and discard the rest. Even if its 7 days where your ads dont show on that site is fair and reasonable amount of protection, and far better then banning entire accounts.

I am sure that for some people, permanent bans are justified, but for others who are click bomb victims, it is to harsh a punishment. this is why I want to develop software that can prevent people from being click bombed.

Yes I am sure people do deserve bans, but for life over something silly or stupid?
I was banned years ago, and I no longer remember why, probably over some
stupid silly BS - and there is no contact, so once you are banned, you are done....
google does not care, they would just assume mix you up with the bad element
and ban you just the same, so they treat everyone the same....

I don't know what you have done, I only know this is not what happened in my case.
I am not saying you are right or wrong, just stating facts.
