Hi I wish to make my wp blog , to attract users in multiple languages, my current content is in english and I'd like to attract spanish speakers, can anyone tell me what's the best method for this ? create new posts in spanish ? install under subdomain ? language plug-in ? anything else ?
I would suggest you do not create a multi-lingual site. Its not good if you want to do SEO of your site and earn money. I would suggest you create separate domains one each for the different languages and post separately on them. Different domains could be in the form of subdomains or entirely different domains both.
this is not true. If it makes sense go for a translated site. There are various plugins enabling you to set it up but you will also need to prepare your theme. I already did a few themes and it's not hard if you know exactly what you are doing.
