Associate-O-Matic Mod_Rewrite Question...

    Hey,

I've been using A-O-M for a couple months now without the mod_rewrite enabled. If I enable the mod_rewrite rules now, will all of the old URLs be automatically redirected to the new ones?

If not, is there any way to set that up?

    Thanks in advance :)

In the same vein, do you feel the script was worth the money, or are you using lite?

I'm using lite but I plan on buying the full version because I'm actually making sales with the lite. The thing is, I think if you don't have a site that's already indexed decently in Google, you're gonna have a hard time getting your A-O-M store indexed on its own, so I think it's probably best to put the store on a site that's already established. Hope that helps :)

It does ccano, thank you. I'm currently using Astore and doing very well, so thought that this would make it even BETTER! I just don't want to share any percentage of my sales with anyone. lol

Well the lite version uses Associate-o-Matic's Amazon ID 1 out of every 10 times, but if you get the full version your Amazon ID is used every time.

The paid version has additional features like mod_rewrite (seo) urls which helps you get indexed better and rank better!

I think so, it's really easy to use and customize and the full version offers SEO.
