Apart from this forum, there are a few other places on net, where you can our writer friends can find regular work. Here are the ones, which we have tried :

    Fiverr.com
    iWriter.com
    ReviewStream.com

Then there are smiler forums like DP (WarriorForum, WickedFire etc) where one can find regular writing assignments.

If you know some good ones, then pls do add to the list.

    Cheers!

There's oDesk too, and you can find all sorts of telecommuting work there, not just writing gigs.

    Have a good day!

Ask your clients to keep an eye out for anyone who might need work done and have them refer those people to you.

I find very good paying clients on sites like Craigslists and Warrior Forum. Also don't forget to market offline. I normally offer business press releases and they go crazy for them! :)

hirewriters.com will have some jobs worth taking from time to time. They pay weekly. You have to work your way up, but there is no acceptance process; just sign up and look for jobs. It's ok in a pinch. Its similar to iwriter.

textbroker.com They are very reliable and there are almost always jobs available. They have jobs divided by levels. Each level pays a different rate. The pay is fair, but if you can work your way to a higher level, the pay is decent. There is an application process and you must first be accepted.

When I need an article written I usually post a request to constant-content.com.
The requests include how many articles the person will be purchasing and at what price point.

I would go to sites and blogs that you are interested in and contact them directly, you may find some needing content written. Also Google 'SEO + (country which language you want to write in)'. Any firms that crop up will probably be looking for writers too.

I would suggest you if you are not founding sufficient work for this forum then you have to try on Freelancer sites, you have to bit there for your article jobs.

With that being said, this forum is where I hire ALL my writers. I contract only SEO writing. If you are interested send me a PM with a writing sample! That goes for everyone here! Let me know your prices and turn around times.

It should not be difficult to find sufficient work on this forum if you are a good writer. Good writers always have long term clients who order on a constant basis.
If a writer can not find sufficient work on this forum, do not have long term customers and posts new threads here every week looking for more work, then it is something wrong with his/her writing or quality is not good or he/she cheats or there are some other issues.

There is also freelanced.com. They tend to have some really good jobs there. However, the competition is heavy there. So, you really have to stand out from the crowd.

A good place is Odesk, and also Elance, Freelancer and the similar forums. Don`t forget that advertising in other places could get you work too(classifieds and more forums). But you must be very good, as the competition is fierce!

Cloud Crowd has some jobs with good pay rates, but you have to pass a rather picky test to get started. Just be sure to read the instructions very carefully.

Ghostblogger is another one that doesn't get mentioned much, but I have sold content for requests there.

It could just be that he/she is just starting out, just because someone doesn't have regular work does not make them a bad writer. I'm sure you had a load of clients dropping in your lap when you first started writing!
