    You can use the "Report" button under every post to report your concerns to the moderators. I am sure it would be addressed.

    If someone is selling your copyrighted material then your best course of action is to file a proper DMCA with digitalpoint. That is the proper way to handle this type of issue.

    As far as deleting the thread. That is usually not done here unless you have a court order or something of that sort.
