The easiest way only costs about $40.

Buy 1 share of Adobe stock.

Now you are an owner of Adobe and its PR 10 site.:D

Or buy 1 share of Google for $500

    For getting a PR10
    1) you must be a very smart ass... [as I am ]
    2) invest a few millions in backlinks, but i don't known if it's worth paying millions for a PR10 ....

yea, i barely see any pr10 sites. I would says hire 100 people and asking them to do link exchange entire day, you'll get pr10 :)

pr10s aren't given out automatically, they're not organic! Once your site gets to pr8, they review it manually. PR 10 sites outvalue any other site. If you had a PR10 site (like wikipedia) you could just create a new page with some text like "Free" and once the page gets indexed, you'd be the #1 spot for the word free..even if other sites had more relevant content. Take a look at some very competitive results, and you'll see wikipedia's more recent article always at the top 10.

And what makes you think that any of this is true? Show me where Google has stated that PR9 and PR10 sites are manually reviewed.

It's not 100% fact, mostly my speculation because by now sites like YouTube or ImageShack should have a Pr 9 or Pr 10 since all of their users are linking directly to them, and they have deep links. Google is 100% not going to let an automatic process decide what gets authority, and they know that competitor sites (msn/yahoo) according to the pagerank system would have a pr10 and that would be very bad for them ( you never want to refer your users to your competitor, let alone make them the authority on your products and results).

Google selects which sites get to PR10, and they once made some announcement about a few of the sites that were PR10 because of their credibility - like Wikipedia and I think Zimbio/Swicki or something like that.

Some well connected SEO consultants have stated that PR10s are hand selected. Aamon at Fresh Egg is the most recent. So is it a Google stated and confirmed fact? Not to my knowledge. Is it so? Wink wink nudge nudge.

The best example i know is StatCounter. That is the most obvious (may be easiest) way to become PR10.

Solve a need (fill that space) at the correct time in the correct way. And if you are filling a big space, you can be big. And dont expect these happen before a few years :)

create a nice counter like statcounter so each time someone adds it to their website you get a link
the popular counters have quite good PR
