This used to have a link from http://isurel.com/, a PR9 link directory. However that link is gone now. So my best guess the PR8 on musim.info (created in januari 2013) will be gone too at next PR update...

 

And the funny thing is, isurel.com itself isn't a true PR9 website. In the past it's had redirect coming from high PR site miibeian.gov.cn and others. And just a couple of months ago it was a generic WordPress install with no content. Everybody (sellers and buyers) really should be doing some research to understand the true PR of domains.

Its a dropped domain which was registered again and hence it is having the PR8 and DA. Its not a joke. It can happen with dropped domains.
