    I have my outsourcing business for web development.
    I am have been using other sites to employ developers but getting poor quality internation developers.

    I am looking for good quality uk and USA developers.
    I get about 2 new projects a week and only have one good developer now.
    I want people who are on skype a lot, can take simple instructions and work towards a spec.

    You can't get quality US developers in that price range. Even the most basic site will cost around $1000 or more. If they charge less, it is being outsourced to countries like India.

    Its very true! With the price range you have mentioned, you can get nothing but a poor quality developer. Increase your pay, you'll definitely get good results. You can contact me or PM me. I know few well experienced US based developers, who can give you quality results also at affordable price.
