Hi I'm starting an online business. The same concept as this website: http://www.henttilbud.dk/ (yes, it's danish) It's simply being the middle-man between customers and the service provider. Since I have a passion for music, I figured that it could make musicians and studio-geeks' lifes easier with a service like this. The instructions to customers could look like this: 1. Let us know what you want 2. Choose between service providers that match your specifit needs /OR/ get offers from three service providers that matches your specific needs. Hey Jonas, Your best bet to start off with, would be to contact several studios and ask them what they are currently doing to promote their business. Ideas are great to have but there has to be a market for it and you'd have to sell it well. I personally wouldn't waste a lot of time giving small commissions to someone who brings in 1 or 2 leads. You need to consider how you're going to drive traffic. You don't just need a business model but you will also need to know how to sell it. The service is a nice idea but how much benefit will the studios get from this? Are you willing to do paid traffic and guarantee an X amount of people visit your site or using any other methods? Do some research and get some answers with the studios first, because there's no point going through all the hard work and putting together a great idea when there's no market for it.
