i found one advertiser using a redirect and a universal keyword generator, and it has been KILLING my CTR, no one wants "drag racing ringtones".

anyway, if anyone else is having problems with these types of low paying irrelevant ad's, try filtering these 2:

    reliableoffers.com
    ringringmobile.com

Sorry to the ringtone ad gurus out there, but ringtones needs to be banned. Worthless ads is all they are.

I'll take anyone's money if their offering but two of the same type of ads on the same page is a little much.
How did you find these things?

ringtone ads arent the only type ads that I have seen on different themed sites.

So you add those two to your filter list and what, 2 more won't just take their place? Don't waste your time. There aren't just two guys out there doing this, there are THOUSANDS.

Yes, there are thousands of those ads out there. What you can do is tweak your content so they are more keyword focused.

If they show up irrelevantly, send an email to Google telling them this. I know they are always on the ball to improve ad relevancy.

Yeah, that filter is no good for banning en masse. I mean, if you've got a particularly pesky competitor or someone you need to zap, it's fine. But you'll drive yourself to an early grave trying to beat everyone back.
