    Just follow the following formula -
    (Nkr * Nwp / Tkn) * 100,
    Where,
    NKR = how many times you repeated a specific keyword
    Nwp= Nwp is the number of words in the phrase
    Tkn = the total words in the analyzed text

    Apart from all these, you need to keep your keyword density around 3%, it is perfect density!

    I use Yoast which is a Wordpress plugin that monitors the density of any given article along with other features that ultimately assist in properly optimizing your post.

    Also, you can use SEO processor plugin on Wordpress, it is good for analyzing backlinks of a website, there is no doubt to it but I think it is paid...
