Maximising traffic from one of my sites to another?

I have two sites, one has very high levels of traffic, but gets VERY low CPM because of the content. The other site has very low traffic but gets a very high CPM because the content is great... Is it possible to use the traffic from the low CPM site to feed the advertisements on the high CPM site...?

I.E using an iframe to display the ads from the low traffic site onto the high traffic site... or can advertising agencies find this very quickly?

 

Iframing ads from your other site could get you banned. You could use the high traffic site to promote the low traffic site with links or banner ads or something

I think you shouldn't play with framing. Yeah, you can try but as you mentioned, it could be found out pretty quickly and then - bummm - game is over! Have you tried some "legal" ways, like linking your sites?
