Buying Need simple wordpress design coded

I need a wordpress site coded from a psd (it's nothing special really...pretty simple 2 column design)...just don't have time to do it myself as I'm behind on a few other things I have to finish this weekend.

I need it completed by tomorrow (the earlier the better).

Post your price/portfolio please. Want to make a selection in the next hour hopefully since I need it so soon. This could also lead to more work if I like your skills and price .

I can push it until as late as around 6pm tomorrow night, which is about 24 hours from now. Would like it sooner than that if possible though.

It is just a single PSD file, has not been spliced or anything yet, need you to get it from the PSD to the coded website.

$40 is fine as long as you get it done on time. If it is not completed on time do not expect to get paid. Do you agree with that? (Must be complete by 6pm EST on 7 April 2013)
