Thanks but when i search, I get this error "Error : 0 - Out of Yahoo quota for today. Total 10,000 queries executed already. "
Google does'nt show whole backlinks of a site but you can try the following query to see which one are there in Google db. "www.domain.com" -site:www.domain.com
I have a website I started about a year ago. No SEO, not backlink building at all. With link checkers I come up with big 0's on Yahoo! and Google, even though I know there are few (thinking maybe around 5 backlinks). When I just search for mydomain.com it brings back 96 sites consisting mostly of emails and a few links. I have a PR of 4 on that site though. In my opinion, I have no idea how PR works but if its based on backlinks like everyone says, then my site must be an exception.
Sure, it's highestrb.com I messed up before saying Yahoo! had no backlinks. I advertised (pixel ads) on a pretty popular site which also has a PR of 4, so I have a ton of backlinks (~4k) from Yahoo! and Altavista and AllTheWeb because each forum post give me a backlink, I guess. MSN and Google dont list any backlinks for me though, I still have a PR of 4. *shrugs*
Use this backlink research tool. It pulls a ton of data from the search engines to tell everything you need to know about your, or your competitor's backlinks. Hope this helps, Warkot
google not shows actual backlink- reason is google thought it may spamming - better to check in yahoo > linkdomain:yourdomain.com & it has several options for link checking
also, you can try link: domainname.com. I wasn't getting any links listed, but did when I left out the www.
