How to attract people to my social network website?

Try to join Facebook groups and there are tons of groups that you can advertise your website.
Or you can target your audience by comment on private message. Make sure you don't SPAM, because people don't like that. People like to chat about their business and just talk about it and offer them your website after a while.

Trust me you will make lots of visitors by listening to their business first and you will get more visitors by referring others people.

 

Beautify it with bunch of photos or videos or any applications that might get their interest more. Start inviting friends and shared it to the public to make it visible and easy to be found.

 

I also recommand you to make the site world wide, which means that every country is allow to use the site. in china, where i was in i was not allow to use Facebook, which was bad, so developing the site world wide will be good!
