Is google Dying ?!

Hi

lately I observed less people caring about Seo and Rank optimisation . and Links market has been totally affected by Crisis .
alot of WebPros has predicted that google and facebook age will end during the 6 next years .

I wonder if will be the case ?

naaaa, they'll adjust to the new markets but wont die, maybe SEO and other marketing techniques will die but not the companies that created them

 

There are lots of other marketing techniques that you can try. Banner exchange and link exchange will never die.

 

Without search engines the Internet does not exist.

Without search engines will you type in facebook.com to search for something? Nope.

 

They won't die as long as they adjust with the times and even if they do, some other company will come along and take their place.

 

IMHO I see Facebook dying sooner than Google.

 

In a Turkish Webmaster forum they were talking about Google ranking websites with making no sense. They were saying that unique content lost it's value. I hope that isn't true.

 

Google is not dying, will it die some day sure, but as a business it will evolve . Perhaps Google will not be in the search engine business one day at all. Who knows.

 

Google wont die people need it to search online, like someone said without it their is no net.

I dont think people will stop using google to search the internet but I do think people will eventually give up on trying to get their pages to rank well on Google.

 

I think google and facebook can't die.They are the starter of internet.

No Google's definitely not dying. That being said, there is a switch to more paid advertising over SEO. And why not? Get it right and paid advertising yields better results than SEO every single day of the week.

 

exactly, SE's will be as long as Internet will exist. of course, their mechanics, shape or form may and will change in the future, but they will exist. google will evolve and it will create zombies one day, mark my words!

I can see facebook becoming so desperate that they make their own search engine.

 

Next 6 years is pretty long and no one able to predict who will be next big search engine.
Google still monopolies the market with the most users in the world.
Google is trying to improve, lot of website search result drop but you can notice lot of new face came in as well.
The opportunities is there and getting more competitive. Google changes base on users behavior. Less people talking about SEO because backlinks methods not play huge role as previous anymore.

 

I don't think that facebook can compete with google, especially since google will probably expand and adapt even better in the future. It will certainly be interesting to see all these things evolve with time.
