    I agree with above. just be careful because a lot of tools won't give you the complete backlinks count, including google webmaster tools.

    Previously we used to use Yahoo explorer to find backlink but this service is no more

    you can easily check backlinks at ahrefs.com this is most valuable tool and fastest tool then any other use it. Just insert the site url in box and click on search links

    I always use ahrefs.com to check new and lost backlinks of my site. Sometimes, I even check my site's backlinks in majesticseo.com, but oftentime I use to drastic different in the total number of back links linking to my site. Why is this difference? Which tool gives accurate or close to accurate results? I would appreciate if someone can give logical explanation for the same:confused:

    Different backlink checkers tell different result, so use any backlink checkers which tells true..

    I see good popularity of BackLinkWatch.com, you can use this as well!
