Facebook Hacking?

Hi, Thanks for the join. I was wondering if anyone hear knows whether what's been happening on my account means that it's been hacked? Basically I deleted lots of my Likes and they are now appearing back one by one each day. The count is increasing but when I actually click on them to see the whole page the ones that have been reappearing back aren't there. Not even under 'More'. I think someone might be doing this to spook me out. No-one has my passwords and I went through the Facebook hacking procedure and changed everything. No-one is logging in from elsewhere according to my emails but why are these Likes coming back like this? Any help appreciated. Also I deleted one of them and it just came back again later that day.

Have you contacted facebook for this matter?

They might have a good answer in situations like this.

Hi, thanks, yes I've contacted them but the report I filled in says that they don't get back to each query and so far no answer:-(

Thanks Ashley, have contacted them already.

Hi, thanks, yes I changed by email password and have filled out a report but not that one. I'll wait a bit longer and see if they reply to my other one. Thanks.

Hi, sorry but I don't understand your reply? I realise it could just be a bug but am also bothered that someone is doing this on purpose as it seems so wierd, I just wondered whether this was technically possible for someone to add to my likes?

Change your password, create a new email account, change your security questions, have Facebook notify when a new computer or device logs on from a different IP address that you have never used.

You can also add extra security that it texts your phone in order for you to use your facebook from a new IP address.

Hi, Many thanks, I did those but not the new email a/c although I changed the password on my current one. Facebook told me of my log ons that tally up with no new devices/log ons being mailed me but still those likes increased. I will do as you suggest and get another email addie. Thanks for that.

You can always try seeing where the person is checking the emails or what email is linked up to the account by using www.readnotify.com its a hidden tracker that works with most email providers.

example: once they open it, you will get an email with a aprox location of where it was opened, if it was forwarded and how long they read it for.

    Hey JoJO777,
Just keep patience. It is not such a bad situation as you have said that it just show you that someone likes your page and when you go to page then there is no like. It is a bug of Facebook and your account is secure as there is no any proof of hacking from any other device. So, just keep patience and mail them again and ask them to fix this bug as soon as possible..

Hi, thanks for this but can't quite see how to use it for this problem as I'm not sending any emails - unless you mean someone might be reading the mails in my email account? It's an account I just use for junk stuff.

Hi, you're right there is no proof of any hacking from another device. Facebook has only notified me of my own logins. But no-one is liking my page - it's the bar of likes underneath my cover photo that is the problem - they are increasing each day by one more being added from likes I've previously deleted. If I delete one it comes back. And if I go further down my page and actually look in my Likes and under More these new ones are nowhere to be found. Probably because I haven't liked them! The order they're coming back in is leading me to think that someone is doing this somehow, although I can see that does appear to be a bit paranoid to think that! Thanks anyway:)
