If it's negatively affecting your SEO, then you can use the Google Disavow tool to remove them.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

I agree with Affilorama. It's a new tool that Google came out with, so you can tell them if a link to your site is spammy or not, if it's hurting your seo.

yeah, its really helpful to remove the links which hurt your website
conduct a backlinks review using data from SEOmoz's open site explorer , majestic site explorer and Google webmaster tools backlinks data. High number of links from a single domain is not good.
diversity of link sources is also an important thing to note.
When contacting webmasters, try using the whois information of the domain. There were even some webmasters asking for money to remove links.

You can use Google tool, and another method is that link analysis will give you all your links. Analyze your links and remove it one by one.

If there is possible or countable, you can remove one by one to requesting web masters, where you have links. Rather then you have one more option from google called 'Disavow', Using this tool you can.

You do not clearly specify which links though you say from your own site. If links are from your own site, you can simply remove them and make redirects to another page if they are indexed.
Disavow tool is used to disown or remove the low quality links pointing to your site from another site if you feel they are suspicious and spammy.

I believe Disavow tool is the best solution for you where you can submit the URL to disavow tool to request Google not to index their link from yoursite. You also can set the hyperlink to nofollow links so google unable to index it .
You also can use robot.txt not to index that specific page from your site.

When a page is updated or removed, it will automatically fall out of our search results. You don’t need to do anything to make this happen.
However, if you urgently need to remove content from Google's search results (for example, if you’ve already removed, updated, or blocked a page accidentally displaying confidential information like credit card numbers), you can request expedited removal of those URLs.
